The "Examination and investigation" states that Henry Lee Lucas "has since been eliminated as a suspect for the murders of Alexander and Orange Socks but that article ("Orange Socks") states that his confession and conviction was not overturned so it would seem hard that he was eliminated as a suspect for the murders of Alexander and "Orange Socks"..
