Custodian title

[edit]

I would like to move that the title of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques be removed from this page. The first Saudi ruler to use that title was Khalid's successor Fahd.

Reliable source

[edit]

Someone put an [unreliable source?] tag on a long article by Thomas Lippman. Lippman is a well credentialled journalist who's a specialist in Saudi Arabia. He in turn references a book about FDR meeting Al Saud by the interpreter Captain Eddy, and I know that book exists because I've seen it on Pawn Stars. Tag removed. NPOV

[edit]

Improvements need to be made to the article. There are numerous statements similar to "Although there are various reports stating that King Khalid was only a figurehead during his reign, he was in fact not a figurehead," that need to be addressed. Zkidwiki (talk) 01:51, 14 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
