Does Josh Dies really need his own article? Danielbot 07:52, 22 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I think the article is worthwhile, but I don't really know how his on stage persona can be compared to people as various as Mick Jager and Marilyn Manson. I mean, seriously. If you want to compare him to random people (pulls out Teen People) lets say Britney Spears and 50 Cent.

who wrote this?

[edit]

i think josh wrote it himself. anyone agree? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Youhadmeatgoodbye (talkcontribs) 02:26, 9 February 2007 (UTC).[reply]

It's clear he wrote this himself. What are our sources for the "controversy"? Or anything for that matter? All the sources point to his own website and the only reference to any controversy with Christians that I can find is just him talking about it. It's not like religious groups are out picketing over the release of his books or music. I am not sure this belongs on Wikipedia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.76.5.56 (talk) 18:46, 30 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Article Expansion

[edit]

As a singer, songwriter, and novelist, this article needs to be expanded. I also suggest adding a picture (if there are any serious ones). 72.251.1.73 22:11, 18 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A serious picture of him? That's gunna be hard. http://myspace-100.vo.llnwd.net/01963/00/19/1963879100_thumb1.jpg ? IronCrow 04:20, 13 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I think the article should come down. It's clearly the work of the author using it to promote himself. Do we really believe that fans are scratching their heads at his superior vocabulary? Where's the source for that? This is the work of Josh "Dies" Porter. Wikipedia is not a social network nor should it be used for guerilla marketing. I don't think this article belongs here. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.76.5.56 (talk) 18:53, 30 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
