Though I did NOT create this page, or even add this person's name to the List, a "Joseph Humper" DOES exist on the official list of United Methodist Bishops (published by the U.M. Church). He is listed as having been elected in 1992. His name in this List should be only "Joseph Humper," without the Rev. Dr. and without the middle name. Thanks.
