Seems more like a campaign ad then an encyclopedia article.
I have concerns with the final section of this entry. Usage of exclamation point (!) and the usage of the word ‘would’ seem to make this more of a campaign style advertisement of what a politician is going to do rather than state what he has done. Section in question is the 2018 General Assembly list of accomplishments - Senate Bill 1. Not sure how or what to edit here so I turn it over to you good editors...
