Vernacular?

If "...this type of building is only reserved for palace (keraton), official residence, government estate, and the house of nobles (ningrat). Originally commoners are not allowed to construct this kind of house as their residence." than can it also be considered vernacular architecture? Jim Derby (talk) 02:07, 21 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
