Chart formats?

[edit]

Ok, can someone please tell me what is all the rage with those new chart tables that are colored instead of the plain old ones? Personally, I can't stand the new chart tables - the colors irritate my eyes. And I simplified the discography section as all that info was already available in the singles section. Just because you don't like the style doesn't mean you should undo someone's hard work. Especially with the album information. Camcallister 19:58, 8 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Ok. Well no offence that all that info was already on the chart below. May I ask where the new chart format even came from? Because that other one to my knowledge has been around a long time? Also, a good page does not need multi-colored flashy things. A simple format usually is fine.

It wasn't already on there, I had release dates added and was in the process of adding RIAA certifications, album covers and sales information. Many artist pages (many non-country artists as well) use this format. Especially discography pages have been using them for some time. It's not a matter of being flashy, it looks more organized (at least in my opinion)... with the two colors on the chart, it just makes the lines cleaner and shows more of a seperation. Camcallister 16:02, 9 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, but what I meant is that without the lines between the sections instead of just empty space (no lines) doesn't look good. I prefer it with the lines in between the different sections. Then who ever said that charts have to use one style or the other? Faris b 20:07, 9 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've modified it a bit... maybe this can be a compromise (if you like it)... what do you think? Camcallister 21:46, 9 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Why thank you very much. That's much better. I guess that's what I really didn't like about that style. It's much better than you. Faris b 01:27, 10 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

2 versions of "I'll Wait For You"

[edit]

There seems to be 2 versions of the video. The first, which isn't played anymore features Joe Nichols with gray hair and such and his wife in the video in the hospital and such, I never liked this version, it was too depressing and I guess others thought so too. The second version is a black and white video with him singing mostly. Why did they change videos?Vala M 14:08, 18 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
