Merge
[edit]I think a single unified non-stub would be better than having separate articles on this operating subsidiary and Jazz Technologies, which appeared to be a holding company that only existed for two years, doing nothing but buying and then selling the actual part that still survives. I now upgraded this one to have Infobox and logo, and archived versions of the sources given in that one that had mostly dead links, with full citations here.
