"Greenblatt favors a two-state solution, reached by the parties concerned and not imposed from outside by a body such as the United Nations" Do we need to be clearer what Greenblatt actually believes ? Does he believe, for example, that there is no Israeli state until the Palestinians (perhaps Hamas) agree to it and that there is no Palestinian state until the Israelis agree to it ie the existence of both states has to be through agreement.
