[edit]James Jasper is a prominent scholar who has been writing on culture and politics for over 20 years. He has made many valuable contributions to his field and has taught at some of the most prestigious institutions in America. Other scholars have been included in Wikipedia with comparable reputation and professional acclaim, i.e. Jeff Goodwin. So I would argue he is of significant stature to be considered as an entry in Wikipedia.
