Public Domain?

This article looks like it is lifted from [link removed] . Is it right to assume that that is a US Government website and therefore public domain? --ukexpat (talk) 13:46, 7 February 2008 (UTC) 93.97.194.138 (talk) 06:29, 15 January 2009 (UTC) The article on Howard University says that he resigned after a dispute over the naming of Lee Attwater to the Board of Trustees. Is this correct and if it is should this article not deal with the issue?[reply]
