Systems of patronage

This sentence is blatant editorializing and should be removed:

"Because the speech, which was a critique of Thailand's perennial culture of patronage (regardless of the fact that Jakrapob himself had benefited from Thaksin's patronage)"

The traditional system of patronage Jakrapob was criticizing is completely separate from any benefits he received under Thaksin.
