Missing info, advertising
[edit]This is not a very well written page. It could be deleted if it's not changed. Also, it's missing former members Josh and Pasquale (sic?). Unfortunately I have no idea how to change it. Someone help!
I removed the advertising parts. I don't think it should be deleted - they've been getting radioplay on college stations and in any case, they're signed to Century Media. Definitely doesn't warrant a speedy deletion.
Looks much better
- i believe that the link to Maria Brink should not redirect to the main In This Moment page.the juggreserection 13:38, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:In This Moment Promo Pic.jpg
[edit]Image:In This Moment Promo Pic.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Objectivity
[edit]Part of this article contained opinions of the editor. "The difference is really dramatic, in a positive sense" and "the vocal production on The Dream (which was a tad inferior on Beautiful Tragedy)" for example are unneeded remarks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ziekheid (talk • contribs) 17:43, 24 October 2008 (UTC)
Whoever put that this resembles a fansite has no brains at all...Are there links to secret pictures we are not aware of or opinions or whatever?? No, so take it down. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.224.134.155 (talk) 16:54, 24 November 2008 (UTC)
Genre/Cleanup
[edit]I would call Beautiful Tragedy melodic metalcore, yeah, but The Dream definitely blurred the lines between hard rock and power metal. I'm gonna go ahead and change it to power metal.
And the article needs more information. As big as this band is right now I'm sure someone can find something more to put up there. I'm not gonna be the one to do it.
This band is neither heavy metal, power metal or really metal at all. Just because the band has three guitarists who mildly headbang and one has dreadlocks doesn't make a metal band. They're poppy alternative rock at best, I've listened to a fair few of their songs and they contain no characteristics of metal at all. Can somebody change it? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.139.106.115 (talk) 19:28, 2 February 2010 (UTC)
I will agree that they are lighter than the metalcore I'm used to but some of their music, in my opinion, is metalcore. Compare it to some of Trivium's lighter material, I think it's similar. I disagree that metalcore should be removed but alternative metal or hard rock would fit some of their music.
Further Downloadable Content
[edit]The article on this page mentions that "Forever" was released as DLC Rock Band plaform but not that "Mechanical Love" was also released via Rock Band Network for Rock Band 2. Is there any reason why this was not put on to the page? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.111.89.168 (talk) 11:54, 25 September 2010 (UTC)

In This Moment discography
[edit]Support split - Discography is getting long and should be split to In This Moment discography. Thoughts? --Jax 0677 (talk) 02:16, 24 May 2015 (UTC)

- Maria Brink is from Schenectady and apparently someone interpreted that as meaning the entire band is from that area. This article states that Maria left Schenectady to pursue her music career. I'll change the infobox to state LA. Runner1928 (talk) 17:06, 30 November 2015 (UTC)
