Reference preservation
[edit]All references in this article have been preserved and included, as well as the ones on the other Howling Bells articles, accept for the audio and video references. A few of them didn't archive well, so they weren't included. The Australian Charts and the Ken Nelson "SOS" article took well but they're not included either, but they're there if they need to be retrieved. Mattchewbaca (meow) 00:49, 16 April 2011 (UTC)
- WebCite, which is the archiving service that this and other Howling Bells articles use, has recently gone down and is inactive. The service is nice for its on-demand convenience, but it seems to be a very unstable one-person operation, and has had susceptibility issues in the past. At the time that these references were entered into WebCite they were also entered into the Wayback Machine, and now a lot of those references have now been successfully permanently indexed by that archiving service. It's a much more stable model than WebCite, and so most of the Howling Bells references will be transferred over to that service as the archives gradually become available. - Since WebCite is up and functioning again, I suppose there's no sense in switching the archives. Mattchewbaca (meow) 02:17, 2 November 2011 (UTC)

The Loudest Engine – Mojo review
[edit]At the start of October I went to the bookstore to look at the Mojo review but it had already been pulled from the shelf. The libraries do not have it either. Seeking the name of the reviewer and the page number for reference fields. Joe Bloggs is just the placeholder name. Mattchewbaca (meow) 02:17, 2 November 2011 (UTC)
Another image
[edit]It's tempting to add another image to The Loudest Engine subsection in the article. There are some nice black and whites taken by Graham Racher at the Scala show in May that have the proper licensing, but as it stands right now, it seems like a third photo would probably choke the article. Next album's section will be a good spot for a nice new photo tho. Mattchewbaca (meow) 03:01, 2 November 2011 (UTC)
