History/Current
[edit]A current event can also be historic, thus should appear here. Being the first time a work stoppage has occurred at both major Canadian railways at the same time, is recent, but it is also historic, since it is the first time the national rail network shut down. -- 64.229.88.34 (talk) 21:34, 25 August 2024 (UTC)
- There is a page on the shutdown, as a current event. I think it’s better at this stage to keep the discussion there, relating to both CPKC and CN. I don’t think it’s clear enough, yet, to determine if it’s so significant that it goes on the long-term history page. Mr Serjeant Buzfuz (talk) 13:19, 26 August 2024 (UTC)
