transcription inconsistency?

Hi, in the declension of personal pronouns the pronoun मैं میں appears with 2 different transcriptions: mɛ̃ and mãĩ. Should it not be the same ?

case nominative मैं میں mɛ̃

case oblique ergative मैं میں mãĩ
