It is requested that a photograph of a closer view, perhaps showing the stone foundation, the heavy "iron" (steel?) fence, or the arched window details would be helpful. Building also has (probably 1930s era?) Art Deco buildings, owned by the NYC DEP, of smaller sizes around it and they could be included in this article to improve its quality.
