Copyvio, deletion, restoration

This article's (now again deleted) history is full of copyvios (and the attendant resume-style puffery). Admins alert: if this happens again, full protection might well be warranted, since registered accounts have been involved in it as well as IP editors. I intend to re-build this article in compliance with Wikipedia guidelines. Please note that I am employed as a communications director at the College at which Dr. Saatkamp serves as president.
