Style and Tone

The sentence, "The Havana Biennial Art Exhibition takes place in Havana (Cuba) every two years, and principally aims at promoting the « Third World » contemporary art." is inappropriate. The term "Third World" can be taken with offense. I am placing a tag on this article for someone to review the text, seems like it may have a few issues.
