WE DEFINITELY NEED TO INCLUDE A PARAGRAPH ON THE LOCAL ENTREPRENEUR, SINCE 1992, WHO HAS BEEN ANNUALLY DONATING 5000 MAGNIFICENT CHRISTMAS WREATHS TO ARLINGTON NATIONAL CEMETERY, ENLISTING LOCAL HARRINGTON TEENAGERS TO ASSIST WITH THE TRANSPORT AND SETTING-UP OF THE WREATHS IN WASHINGTON,D.C.
