Omission

[edit]

Sentence: Bauer moved to the Kansas City area Prairie Village, Kansas in 1949 after playing with the Blues of 1947 and 1948. While there, he met and later married Charlene Friede, the club's office secretary. She died in July 1999.

After "area" and before "Prairie", the word "suburb" was probably left out. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.136.146.25 (talk) 08:48, 18 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Correction

[edit]

Sentence: The family's children attended St. Ann's Grade School in Prairie Village, then Bishop Miege High School in Shawnee Mission.

The school is called St. Ann School. Bishop Miege is in Roeland Park. Shawnee Mission is a postal district, a public school district, and an old Indian Mission, but it is not a city and nobody lives there, and no buildings exist there. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.136.146.25 (talk) 08:54, 18 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
