[edit]This page has taken a dramatic turn towards whitewashing the domestic violence charges after the player signed with the Dallas Cowboys (March 18th, 2015). A quick look between each version of the incident's section from the time he wasn't signed to after would reveal a dramatic change. Could need a clean up and less partisanship. "Rap career"
[edit]Apparently a "producer who goes by the name DJ Many" has released a rap album under Hardy's name without his approval. Quote Hardy: "Don't go buy this crap someone stole my old stuff & threw some BS edits on it & put it out pretending to be with me." This is irrelevant to Hardy and has no place in this article. Huon (talk) 22:48, 25 July 2015 (UTC)
Both Comments
[edit]Good catch, both writers above. It looks like the "Rap Career" comments were removed.
I'm wondering if libel concerns are causing the whitewashing of violent episodes concerning the "girlfriend." Jerry Jones has announced this week he is behind this guy for the long term, but I'm wondering if even he can rehabilitate this one. He (Jerry) has a very mixed record in this regard and it makes you wonder why he keeps trying to make some of these guys into real men. Good luck with that is my take. It should be noted that Hardy was first coached by Hugh Freeze (current Ole Miss Head Football Coach) then subsequently recruited him to play at Ole Miss. During Oher's recruitment Ole Miss saw a talent in Freeze also and hired him to a position in recruiting where he learned from one of the best, Ed Orgeron. I suggest removing the line, "The charges and suspension were later dropped after the victim failed to appear in court to testify, but Hardy's arrest and trial were the focus of considerable controversy." from the second paragraph. It's misleading, logically absurd, and contradicted by its own citations. 76.247.220.203 (talk) 19:49, 20 January 2019 (UTC)

The Inhaler
[edit]'The Inhaler' should be added to Nick names since it's the one the public gave him and will stick after this no contest debacle. Chris Laymance (talk) 21:55, 19 October 2019 (UTC)
