The part about Standard Gauge transit speed is dubious. I cannot find a reliable source which says that the speed of standard gauge rakes is slower than broad gauge ones. Even if that were so, if someone is travelling from the west of Ashok Park onto the blue line, the amount of time spent on the stadard gauge rakes would be around the same, whether he switches at Inderlok or Kirti Nagar.
