Copy edit

I have done one copy-edit. Did not remove the template due to some parts still not gramatically correct.

I tried to leave the British spelling in. If I took any out please realize that it was done because I did not know it was british.

Outdated

In addition to very few citations, this article has to be updated. All the "future dates" in the text have passed and it she be verified that the goals were met as projected, or updated to reflect a new timeline of events. For example, a sentence might read something like "should be finished in 2019" ... which was several years ago. Middleground1 (talk) 18:37, 29 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
