Note. A previous version --created by someone else -- of this article was deleted. I have given the article a complete rewrite (though some phrases inevitably remain). It is now fully referenced, with third party independent sources, notability established, and fits in with our formatting. I checked with the editor who speedily deleted the original, and he confirms that it is a better standard than the original. I nominated it for the 'articles for creation' process, but due to the backlog and my confidence in this, I have published anyway. The JPStalk to me 22:07, 14 December 2017 (UTC)
