Why the content warning at the article's top?

Somebody who actually knows about Flora-2 writes a Wikipedia article about it and list factual information. Shock horror? No, this is good! There are not many people who know Flora-2, I would say.

There is no point of view, the article just lists the historical roots and the features. There is nothing wrong with that.
