wrong information
[edit]Write about VOX and include it in the "far-right" is absolutely fake and a lack of real information
- I have reverted this change for the following reasons:
- Editor has not substantiated their claim with sources. Simply stating is it fake is not enough.
- Content removed is sourced
- The main article, Vox (political party), has 4 sources stating VOX is far-right.
- Editor: Please state your reasons clearly with sources to back up your reasoning. I think there might be room for comprise here but you must gain consensus with the broader community. S0091 (talk) 23:45, 27 July 2019 (UTC)
- The unsigned editor above appears to be Campurrianan, probably the same IP editor who has disrupted before. Probably time to report to the admins. Laterthanyouthink (talk) 02:03, 28 July 2019 (UTC)
- I see that there's some updated info on the Vox page though (about winning seats in later elections), which could be incorporated here and the paragraph compressed a bit. Laterthanyouthink (talk) 02:21, 28 July 2019 (UTC)
- Following up here about the more general issue about the inclusion of mention of Vox in the article, responding to EdJohnston. The recent problem arose because of Campurrianan's repeated reversions of S0091's edits, and assertions that Vox is not a far-right party, contrary to numerous sources and the Vox page itself, and insistence on repeatedly reverting edits instead of discussing here. I cannot now recall what led me to add mention of it in the article, particularly as one of the articles cited is now inaccessible to me. A quick google brings me an article which mentions links to terrorist organisations (although I see in the main article that in April 2019 they forced the resignation of some of the Nazis); or it may have been a general fear that the kind of rhetoric they use encourages nutters on the fringes to commit acts of terrorism. Either way, I don't care enough to argue for its inclusion! Laterthanyouthink (talk) 03:06, 29 July 2019 (UTC)
