I think it is a stub because the formatting a layout could be improved (no disrespect the articles' authors). Also there could be a fuller route description, history of the route and future upgraes etc. Regan12323:36, 16 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
The route description is fully available under the linked roads. To do this here a second time, is redundant and not wanted in Wikipedia. In fact some of this national roads (i.e. Russia) do not have an own article. But if someone did, this has to be done as a roads article and not here. The E-roads do not have an own life. It is just a marking of available national roads. The only fact, which could be investigated is the date of the first introducing. But about this fact there is nothing to find in the United Nations documents, which are the only available source concerning the E-roads. The only change (Asia) is descripted in the article and shown in a weblink. The old routes which crossed Europe in history do not have something to do do with any special E-Road. This is in Germany and probably in other coutries, because the E-roads follow the younger motorways, if available, and not the old so called "Bundesstraßen" which are similar to the A-roads in England and are the successors of the historical routes. Only generally there is a junction with the WHOLE E-Road network and should be descripted there. The only thing, what was missed in the United Nations document, was the location of border crossing and the naming of the included national routes, which was added by me (in the german article) before I translated it. -- 84.132.77.15308:04, 23 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
