Eugen Grigore case → Eugen Grigore – Most articles about the perpetrators of similar vehicle attacks are titled with only the name of the person involved. The use of "case" in the titles of crime articles, such as in Central Park jogger case and Fritzl case, also tends to indicate a more complex or prolonged crime than Grigore's. Oppose per BIO1E. Fine title. Is not structured as a biography article. A lot of older cases, particularly non western ones, stuff like this is the common name which it appears to be here.
