Phrase

[edit]

I removed the phrase Following praise by the eminent British zoologist Richard Dawkins, in his book A Devil's Chaplain, from the last paragraph as the book (as I dimly remembered and then checked on Amazon UK) was published quite a while after 1999. Therefore cause and effect says that the latter event didn't cause the former.
