Inspired by photograph
[edit]The famous photograph of Einstein with his tongue out, as in Chabre's bust, was taken in 1951 (it illustrates the WP article Albert Einstein in popular culture). This was not his 70th birthday, but his 72nd. I wonder if there is another photograph, or if the facts got garbled? — Brianhe (talk) 02:53, 7 October 2015 (UTC)
- It seems the Smithsonian entry is incorrect, then. I've noticed a few errors for the Eugene sculptures surveyed by SI. ---Another Believer (Talk) 03:01, 7 October 2015 (UTC)
Another Einstein-tongue-out bust
[edit]In his hometown, Ulm: Commons:File:Einstein - Ulm.JPG. Possibly inspired by the same photograph. - Brianhe (talk) 03:14, 7 October 2015 (UTC)
