Should Maryland be included in the article?

Even though Maryland isn't in the census' definition of the NE US, I feel like the true impacts in this region stretched from Maryland up; there was a significant tornado in downtown Annapolis, and at least one death due to flooding in Rockville. @Skarmory: After reading through news reports, the impacts in Maryland and Virginia, and also West Virginia and Delaware seem enough to warrant their own effects article (3 deaths, millions in damage). Destroyer (Alternate account) 01:46, 6 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
