Post-Hardcore?
Band members viewed it mostly as punk, Keanu described band style as " Joy Division-Zappa-progressive blues jam", also Reeves is quite self-deprecating and thinks he is 'one of worst bassists in the world", and his favourite bands are Joy Division, Fugazi, Ramones, The Clash, Iggy & The Stooges, Mission of Burma, Sex Pistols, Nirvana, Supergrass. Robert Mailhouse thinks Dogstar were postpunk. I think they were post-hardcore. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 5.166.150.205 (talk) 19:01, 14 September 2016 (UTC)
