This article appears to be almost entirely an advertisement for a commercial company. Most of the citations refer to the founder of the organisation. And most of the content appears to have come from him also. Either most of this has to go, to be replaced by independent citations (very hard to find - I've been looking), or the entire article ought to go. Links integrating the article to other Wiki pages have been added HumorPsy (talk) 08:07, 16 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The article has been rewritten since 28 February 2013: Tool's creator/founder of the organization is named only in the "History section". Still many of the references come from him/his company, but there has been added external independent citations: two articles in referee based journals (Romani, L. (2013). Diversity Icebreaker for Cross-Cultural Management Teaching: Much More Than Breaking the Ice! Academy of Management Learning & Education, 12(3), 534-536. doi: 10.5465/amle.2013.0156; and Orgeret, K. S. (2012). Intercultural educational practices: opening paths for dialogue. New Media, Mediated Communication and Globalization. Intercultural Communication Studies, 21(1), 189-204.) and one book (Rabotin, M. B. (2011). Culture Savvy. Working and Collaborating Across the Globe. The American Society for Training & Development.). I chose therefore to remove the "advertisement" label from the article.HumorPsy (talk) 12 December 2013 (UTC)
