Reception?

[edit]

The critical reception of this film is about as clownish as the travesty itself. Not everyone has time to watch three or four documentaries, and I've never personally ever seen one of these documentaries televised anywhere. Devil's Knot is on Netflix, I intend to try to get my grandfather who was the circuit judge initially assigned the case (it was reassigned/relinquished to a person who welcomed the media attention) to watch this. He wouldn't watch documentaries, but maybe he will watch a drama. It's a fine film as films go. It's not supposed to reveal something about human nature. This is real-life, not fiction, it would be a mockery of real people to do that. Critics are no better and no more enlightened than the community and so-called judicial system that are the subject of the film--184.63.132.236 (talk) 08:35, 14 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
