Department vs Office

It is confusing, and need clarification, that "Department of State Office of Inspector General" and "Office of Inspector General" —also abbreviated as OIG— are the same or different organizations, or what hierarchy exist between them. JSoos (talk) 08:26, 21 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
