The result of the move request was: Consensus not to move. Neither the nom nor the sole support !vote is based in policy; these are dismissed accordingly in the consensus determination process. That leaves the two opposes which both cite WP:DIFFCAPS, a section of the WP:AT policy page, and the applicability of that section here was not even challenged.
