When does Davis finds out
[edit]When does Davis finds out that Veemon was origonal Ryo's digimon. Strike Chaos 00:41, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
- I don't believe it ever happens in the anime, just in one of the video game plots. May or may not be "canon" depending on one's view. Different people worked on the game than who worked on 02. -- Ned Scott 01:18, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
- video games are generally considered to be from a different alternate universe to the anime, even if they share characters. Kind of like Ryo in the games and Ryo in tamers. --`/aksha 10:07, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
- Although that is the case for the Digimon Adventure and 02 DigiDestined that appeared in Digimon Digital Card Battle, Ryo who appeared in Digimon Adventure: Cathode and Anode Tamer, Digimon Adventure 02: Tag Tamers, Digimon Adventure 02: D1 Tamers and Digimon Tamers: Brave Tamer is canon (but not without a few plotholes), and Digimon Adventure 02: Tag Tamers greatly effected Digimon Adventure 02. Anyway Davis never finds out, nor is Ryo ever mentioned in 02, we only see him in a flashback. Nightmare SE 13:44, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
- I know those games where supposed to be in the same 'cannon' as 02. But the point is really that video games in general (when they're based off existing series) are not considered to be on the same level of 'cannon' as the original series. It's like, they can be official, and officially 'cannon', but still considered an AU because plot elements/characters/and so on get adapted for the purpose of a game. If digimon had different levels of cannon (something like what star wars has), the anime would be the highest level of cannon. Games such as the ones you've listed would be officially 'cannon', but of a lower level. --`/aksha 01:27, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

Digidestoned team #4
[edit]am i the only one counting the team numbers for that universe, davis's son is leader of team #4 not team two as stated. (That was davis's team)HHS.student
- They were not an actual team like the DigiDestined in Digimon Adventure or 02, I removed it. Nightmare SE 00:51, 8 February 2007 (UTC)
Tamers narration
[edit]Is really Davis the narrator in Digimon Tamers? Tamers is a different continuity, so it's hard to be real. Can someone confirm that?
The voice at the end of each episode that did the "to be continued" thing was his, at least, in the dub it was. Not sure about the original version.24.107.59.242 18:37, 20 May 2007 (UTC)
In the dub it's Davis's voice actor in character as Davis narrating but its not really suppose to mean anything, its just like a gag. Its basically the dubbers saying "Look Kids its Davis's voice!" —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.205.251.207 (talk) 20:48, 12 August 2010 (UTC)
