- ... that new San Marino head of state Dalibor Riccardi played over 70 matches in the country's football league?
- Source: San Marino RTV mentions (translated) "Passionate about sports, he played football at a competitive level"; Soccerway has 71 matches in national football league
- Reviewed: Template:Did you know nominations/Dick Moss
- Comment: It looks like I'm a few hours late. Hope that's alright.

- The article is slightly above the seven-day limit (it was closer to eight days after creation), but WP:DYKNEW has a built-in two day extension so that should be acceptable given that the article has no other issues. The hook is interesting and cited to both English and Italian-language sources. Assuming good faith for the Italian source, but a translation seems to verify that he played football. A full QPQ has been done. I didn't detect any close paraphrasing. My only real concern is the hook, and this is more of a minor wording issue: it reads a bit weird and could quickly become outdated since he will only be a Captain-Regent for six months. So maybe a slightly reworded hook that better fits the "unlikely to change" wording would be better? Narutolovehinata5 (talk · contributions) 09:38, 2 November 2024 (UTC)
- @Narutolovehinata5: Maybe just remove 'new'? ... that San Marino head of state Dalibor Riccardi played over 70 matches in the country's football league? Or perhaps ... that Dalibor Riccardi, elected head of state of San Marino in 2024, also played over 70 matches in the country's football league? BeanieFan11 (talk) 22:23, 3 November 2024 (UTC)
- I think we can go with the second wording (the "elected in 2024" one) since it's a fact that's unlikely to change and would remain correct even in the future. Narutolovehinata5 (talk · contributions) 16:03, 4 November 2024 (UTC)
