News release?

The article in its current form reads like a news release. The tone change appears to have changed in August 2013 (diff) in an edit that deleted large amounts of seemingly neutral pov text and replaced it with new. I didn't feel confident undoing the revisions, but I did tag the article. Mpj (talk) 12:46, 17 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
