I can tell you that Waddie Mitchell is a very well know and accomplished cowboy poet. He may not be in Wikipedia but I can promise you he is elswhere. Perhaps he should be sited with an external link. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.74.110.213 (talk) 15:48, 28 April 2009 (UTC)
Chuck Grice was a local Georgia Cowboy poet, although not widely known he did participate in several gatherings at the Booth Western Art Museum in Cartersville, GA. Also mentioned in a book by David Fillingim entitled Georgia Cowboy Poets available from Mercer University Press and Amazon. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.199.97.217 (talk) 14:45, 8 March 2017 (UTC)
So what about the style isn't sufficiently Wiki?
[edit]Any ideas? I'll try to help fix it.--Levalley (talk) 23:26, 31 March 2009 (UTC)LeValley
- The style doesn't seem to me to be a problem -- the total lack of references is. The subject is definitely WP:Notable, but if we deleted every claim not linked to a WP:RS there'd be nothing left. Going to do some tagging for guidance. DavidOaks (talk) 01:43, 29 April 2010 (UTC)
