I edited this page because it was a stub. I have read the guidelines about conflict of interest and attempted to follow them to the letter. I have included referenced content on Covenant House's famous scandal. This is not an ad - it is a factual overview of this organization's work. Why is the scandal included in the main article? This is *very* old news --more than 23 years old. Every single organization, from the Red Cross to the United Nations, has scandals --why do we not include multi-decade old scandals on those pages as well? My point: the information has aged out, and is no longer relevant. It should be deleted. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.73.131.162 (talk) 15:05, 6 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Even if it happened more than 23 years ago, it's still relevant to the organization's history. No information gets removed from a Wikipedia article simply because it's about a situation that happened years/decades/centuries/etc ago. 2600:1700:C960:2270:D975:F077:2AE1:681 (talk) 01:42, 19 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
