Need to update

I'm not sure if there's a Counselor right now, or if so who it might be. state.gov is no help. Anyway, Cohen isn't in the Department anymore, so this article needs an update of some kind. Melchoir (talk) 08:17, 10 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
