Name should be changed

[edit]

Comprehensive Peace Accord has been held in other nations as well. for example comprehensive peace accord signed between Government of Nepal and Nepal Communist Party (Maoist) to end the 12 year old war in Nepal. If this accord is named CPA only, then there might be confusion for other CPAs. SO this name should be changed to CPA - Sudan or something like this.--Rabin (talk) 11:19, 19 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This had been moved to Naivasha Agreement, but got moved back because apparently there are no other articles for those other CPAs. I guess someone thought it was weird that the disambiguation page Comprehensive Peace Agreement only had one actual article listed. I have to say that I find it weird that this is controversial if there is no other article that shares the name.
Note that Comprehensive Peace Accord is a different article title than Comprehensive Peace Agreement, and is indeed about the Nepal agreement. I'll add some crosslinks. - BanyanTree 12:18, 19 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, I see that you had just created Comprehensive Peace Accord. I have linked it into some relevant articles as well as adding a hatnote here. - BanyanTree 12:32, 19 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Future of South Sudan

[edit]

Iam very glad to bring up this point on discussion and the question foreword is;

  • what is the future hold for south Sudan after the signed revitalized peace agreement on the resolution of conflicts in south Sudan?
  • what role will every individual play in the revitalized peace to make this peace a reality for all the south sudanese people?

On my own views and observation south Sudan will now saved the last train after a number of years fighting started with liberation from Arab until 2013 civil war which leaves thousand of people dead and millions displaced internally from their home.

Everything has time and now is the time to hold and accept peace as reality so that we should at least have a rest and invest to develops our country.
