In Brazil, underages are defined as people betwin 12 and 18 years. The children's right organizations are against the police officers who kill or hurt youngsters in favelas, but we need to consideer 2 facts:

1-It's known that about more than half of teens in favelas do have guns, and half of these are fully capable of killing without any remorse or even think twice before doing so. 2-The same ongs that are against the police, do nothing to drag those kids out of the crime life.

Seriously, I'm Brazilian, but I'm ashamed about the situation we have on Rio nowdays!
