Proposed merger of Music Through the Night into Classical 24

[edit]

If Music Through the Night is just one part of this larger 24-hour radio broadcasting service, then I think a section within the Classical 24 article about the overnight portion of Classical 24 titled "Music Through the Night" would be clearer than Music Through the Night having its own separate article. Programs to add?

[edit]

First, hasn't "Classical 24" changed its name officially to "Your Classical"? https://www.yourclassical.org/about

Also, since they produce two programs that air on most of the stations picking up their syndication, it would be great if someone wanted to add them: 1) Performance Today, hosted by Fred Child ref: https://www.yourclassical.org/performance-today 2) Saturday Cinema, hosted by Lynne Warfel, ref: https://www.yourclassical.org/topic/saturday-cinema Plus Symphony Cast, Pipe Dreams and more.

Finally, there is a big Equity/Diversity/Inclusion statement at the top of their 'About' page and they do a lot of purposeful BIPOC programming now including the segment on black composers and musicians that's run twice a week (forget the name so can't find link) - maybe this should be added to the very large section on the guy who was fired a while back. gobears87 (talk) 01:13, 27 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
