Needs pruning
[edit]This article needs a lot of work, there is way too much POV and trivia. David D. (Talk) 04:52, 19 September 2006 (UTC)
- Still needs a ton of work. Consider pruning out as much of the chat. Why not tabulate his annual progressions with respect to times rather than discussing every race? David D. (Talk) 18:27, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
- Do you know anything about running? That is hardly a list of every race Solinsky has run. shijeru 15:20, 9 May 2007 (UTC)
- Do me a favor and list every semi-significant race for every runner in wikipedia. If you find that it is pointless then you'll see what i mean. David D. (Talk) 16:53, 9 May 2007 (UTC)
- I'm not about to remove it though, whatever it is.shijeru 06:13, 8 July 2007 (UTC)

- I've attempted to clean things up and help this page resemble less of a fansite - easier to do now that his college career is over, and we can assess his greatest accomplishments at that level. At this point, should we remove the fansite tag? Runshan (Talk) 19:25, 3 July 2007 (UTC)
Correcting last edit summary in article
[edit]I just noted that someone has started an article on Tegenkamp, presumably excited by the 2007 Pre race he ran. Compare how that article looks to this one. Some streamlining here would make it a much more interesting article, rather than a catalog of races and minor events in his career. On the other hand what do I know about running, as if that has anything to do with readability. David D. (Talk) 04:00, 27 June 2007 (UTC)
- I was merely commenting on the implication that the article was anywhere near being a detailing of every race. shijeru 06:21, 8 July 2007 (UTC)
