What should I do?
Don't panic; a discussion will now take place over on Commons about whether to remove the file. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion, although please review Commons guidelines before doing so.
If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
Just to note here: since recent months, users started to modify other nationalities into this article, as this is a very popular dish. But let's be very clear, the "Charquican" is a very authentic Chilean dish originated from the mapuche, which might have trespassed the national borders to it's neighbours. Nevertheless, it remains Chilean. A good analogy could be named with the "Ceviche", a definitely Peruvian dish, which is prepared in different variations along all the Americas. Nevertheless it remains an originally Peruvian dish. It's just a question of searching for "Charquican" in Google, and you will find over 95% of all results to be Chilean.
