Pinky & Perky TV Show?

[edit]

I may be showing my age here (I was very young at the time, LOL!) but I seem to remember that Charlotte Mitchell was also the presenter on the Pinky and Perky children's TV programme. Ian Dunster 13:44, 23 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Why remove my information on Mitchells passing?

[edit]

I added information information regarding Mitchells passing with a link to a source. To my amazement it was automatically reverted because the source was deemed unacceptable due to not being credible. I now have to say that Wikipedia is very inconsistent when it comes to credibility. Just look at the actress Louise Latimer. In her now updated article she is labeled dead based on IMDB, which I do not find credible at all, and Find a Grave which refers to a blog(!!) which has now been removed from the website. If there is something that now seriously lacks credibility, it is Wikipedia! If you have to be strict, then please be consistent! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.69.14.120 (talk) 07:57, 29 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

See reliable sources and citing sources. A failure to remove all cites to blogs does not open the flood gates. Find a reliable source. Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 08:48, 29 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
