inconsistencies

[edit]

there are many inconsistencies on this page, the infobox to the right contradicts the main article in many places. can someone with some knowledge about football (i.e. not me!!) verify the information please. Spunkymcpunk 19:19, 18 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It may not be contradictory, as the infobox is for League appearances only. --Jameboy 19:33, 18 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The infobox gives George's league goals for Derby County as 34, the article says his total goals for Derby were 36 and he scored a hat-trick (three goals) against Real Madrid in the European Cup... that is an inconsistency. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.194.33.128 (talk) 15:41, 12 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
